1950s vintage walking doll Ideal Saucy Walker in pink print cotton dress

1940s or 50s vintage walker doll, about 14 1/2" tall barefoot. We were told this is Saucy Walker, and her dress and panties are period to the doll.

The head, arms and legs have soil (mildew?) and the eyes are clouded and need cleaning, unless you're going for the zombie look! Her hair looks full but needs a little work.
