1970 US Mint cotton coin bag, 50 dollars in pennies 1976 Philadelphia 1977 Denver

Vintage cotton coin bag marked 1976 Philadelphia on one side, 1977 Denver on the other. It's marked Return, but I think this was very likely legitimately taken out of service as it's pretty grubby! No holes. Measures about 10" x 17".
