Beautiful old brocade fabric, early 1900s vintage material for apparel (a waist coat?), or light upholstery / drapery cloth. This is silk or rayon, with a soft silky hand. French or Belgian?

It's 50" wide (full width fabric) x 1 yard, in very nice condition without brittleness or age discoloration.
