vintage long handled large serving spoon hallmarked silver plate Sheffield EPNS?

Large, long handled silver plated spoon,- 3/4" long. This is such an interesting vintage piece, I wish I could read those tiny hallmarks!

Looks and feels like Sheffield silver plate to me, but I'm not positive. It's silver plate, without question. Looks high quality, in very good condition.
