vintage silver plate serving tray, round plateau, footed tray w/ gallery rail rim

Vintage silver plated tray with tiny feet and gallery rim and handles. It's shabby and tarnished and has a few tiny cracks to the rim. Pretty, anyway!

Measures 13 1/2" in diameter, 14 3/4" across the handles. The mark is Keystonewear (Keystone ware?).
