iris pattern glass decanter bottle, 80s vintage hand-cut crystal

80s vintage crystal decanter with iris pattern, made in eastern Europe (Romania or Czechoslovakia?). It's hand-blown with a polished pontil, and hand cut. The bottle with stopper in place is about 15 1/2" tall, and both the bottle and stopper are in very good condition without damage.
