Nice old plain pressed glass cake stand with simple elegant shape, and a beautiful faint sun purple color from a lifetime on a sunny counter or in a window.

The lavender purple shade is found in clear glass pieces made around the turn of the century, not often after World War I. So we feel confident this piece is 100 years old or more, though with it's classic shape you'd never guess its age except for that!

This measures about 8" tall, and about 11" in diameter inside the rim of the plate. There's no chips or cracks, but some light finish wear and scratching from a century of use.
