vintage 1940s restaurant / railroad ironstone china butter plates

Two vintage green band border patterned ironstone china butter trays, 7" and 8 1/2" long end to end. These have some wear and light scratching from use, no chips or cracks.

This good old ironstone ware is perfect to hold butter or cheese, it's nice and heavy, and will keep your butter cool on the table, and hold cheese without softening.
