Deep green colored glass lamp with handpainted gold, early to mid-century vintage... we believe probably Venetian, but possibly Bohemian art glass? It's 24" tall to the top of the light bulb socket and 36" tall to the top of the solid brass finial.
The glass body looks fine (no visible damage to the glass, that's an oval shaped reflection in the first photo) but there's wear to the painted gilt decoration, and nearly every other part of the lamp needs some work. The metal parts are worn down to the base colored metal, or show rust spotting. The cord and socket are dusty and dirty, and you'll probably want to replace them.
