tiny tip tray, framed silhouettes under glass, vintage 20s 30s 40s?

Small old wood framed tray with metal handles and silhouette picture under or behind the glass tray top. The mirror silver border has some wear and flaking, but the central stagecoach carriage scene looks very good yet. The entire piece measures 8 1/2" across the handles.

The brown paper backing has a label from Halluck's - Importers and Manufacturer's - Springfield Mass., as well as a very, very old gift shop label. There's quite a bit of wear and water spotting to the backing paper, though there's very little spotting to the front.
