Large vintage open end spud wrench for steel erection or construction. This old spud wrench measures 1 1/8" across, about 17" long overall and is marked "907-A" and "Armstrong" (for Armstrong Tool Co of Chicago, Illinois, founded in 1890 as a maker of bicycle parts and tools, but not making wrenches until about 1909). This wrench has a patina of age and some light rust.
