Large old vintage double open end industrial engineers and bridge builder's wrench. It is made by Billings & Spencer. This big old wrench is about 16 1/2" long overall. The wrench ends measures 1-5/8 inches and 1-1/2 inches. This wrench is also marked "5B789". This old wrench has a patina of age and some minor rust.
