Vintage 1930s or 1940s architectural plumbing fixture, a art deco all porcelain lavatory sink made by Crane. It is marked on the underside with "Crane - Orland"? It measures about 19 1/2" wide, 16 1/2" deep and 9" high (as measured along the back mounting face). It has several hairline cracks (and a number of tiny chips along the edge of one crack) to the top left (as you're facing the sink) corner.
