




Old 1920s or 1930s vintage, solid brass industrial wash room or lavatory mixer faucet with teardrop tap handles. This faucet measures about 4" high from the sink top, 5" deep over the faucet and 7" across (over the tap handles). The faucet body is marked "Crane" for Crane Company (makers of plumbing fixtures since the 1890s and who, in 1928, introduced the colored bath tubs and sinks that became so popular in art deco architecture of the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s.
This has a threaded mixer nipple that measures 1" over the threads and 2 1/2" long. This has heavy wear and tarnish to the nickel or chrome plating and mineral deposits.
