Vintage china plate with romantic garden scene in a French style, though the plate is actually old Staffordshire pottery.
The plate measures 9 3/4" in diameter, and is marked Stratford by Woods and Sons - Burslem England. Alpine White English Ironstone. It's in very nice condition, the colors on the transfer design amazingly vivid!
