Vintage etched brass tiered serving tray, which folds compactly into a small plate area... this looks like something we'd imagine for serving tea sandwiches at a luxury safari camp of the 40s or 50s, or even an arabian camp of the 30's - though it probably served an more mundane use of being conveniently sized for a traveler's souvenir!
The three plates measure 6 1/4" in diameter, and have a peacocks design with the colors inked in. This is well-made and sturdy, even when opened up to use.
