Beautiful old china plate, marked Hand Painted - Prussia. This has unusual very rich colors, with a impressionistic design of water lilies on a pond - so pretty. This measures 11 1/2" across the handles. There are no chips or cracks, but the plate does have a little scratching to the painted finish.
