lot 30s / 40s vintage sterling & silverplate flatware pattern advertising catalogs

Large lot of assorted 1930s ansd 1940s vintage advertising catalogs and pamphlets for sterling silver and silverplate table settings. There is a 16 page booklet on -Sterling Silver - A Teacher-Student book on Table Settings, Pattern Selection and the Use and Care of Sterling - by Towle Silversmiths-.

There is also a 14 page color litho Rogers Bros. advertising and planing catalog, still with the original price from 1933 and a 16 page booklet one the manufacturing and care of silver plate.

There are a number of assorted advertising for sterling silver and silverplate flatware in such patterns and makers as Gorham Hunt Club, Cavalier, Lady Caroline and King Albert, Towle and Rogers Brothers.

There is a also a number of pieces of Dirilyte (a gold tone alloy created by Swedish metallurgist Carl Molin in 1914) advertising including a 1949 price list.
