Lovely old silver plate tray, silver over copper or brass, vintage sheffield plate. This measures 17 1/4" x 13" over the tray, 20 1/2" long over the handles.

The silver is tarnished, and has a little wear, showing the metal beneath. It's not marked with a maker.
