Beautiful late Victorian vintage fish set with engraved design, sheffield plate (silver over brass) utensils with french ivory celluloid handles. The knife blade measures 6" long, and 11 1/2" overall including the handle.
One of the handles is badly melted and will need to be replaced - both of the utensils have wear to the silver plate from years of polishing, and show the brass metal beneath.
