Pair of old antique, Ball blue glass fruit canning jars from an old farm estate. These are two quart size fruit jars with screw-on zinc lids. These two jars are both marked "Ball - Perfect Mason" and both have an interesting maker's flaw or production defect in the jar's lettering.
The raised letters for "Perfect Mason" are incorrectly justified. The word "Perfect" is lined up over "Mason" so that the "P" is over the space between the "A" and the "S" and either "Mason" is too far to the left or "Perfect" is too far to the right, we're not sure.
They are in nice vintage condition.
