Polar stainless steel oval dish pan shaped pan. We've measured the thickness of this piece with a calipers, and this is 19 or 20 gauge stainless, nice and heavy. It's marked 18-8, professional food grade stainless steel, for dairy or kitchen use.
The pan measures 19 1/4" x 15 1/2" over the opening (over the pan itself, not including the rim) at the top edge, and measures 6" deep. This has been used, and has a little light scratching.
