Pal O' Mine, 1920s - 30s vintage man w/ pipe & spaniel dog, old wood framed print

This nice old print is titled Pal O'Mine and is set is the original 1920s or early 30s wood frame, with hardboard masonite back. The picture in the frame measures 24 1/2" x 22" overall, and shows some scuff, since it's never been under glass.
