Early century vintage iron plant stand, measures 27" tall x 13" x 13" (8" x 8" over the center glass top). The glass top is cracked, but is only a surface, so you could just put a plant over the top if you didn't want to replace that.
The old white paint is a little worn, this looks pretty good overall, without a lot of rust.
