fighting roosters, handpainted vintage oriental porcelain dish

Long (11 3/4") china dish with hand-painted cock fighting design, 1940s? We can't make out the characters marking the reverse.

The dish is in nice shape, no chips or cracks, just a bit of wear to the edge trim.
