Vintage glass cake stand, made in West Germany for F.B. Rogers Silver Company, never used. (This still has the department store price tag!) We're not sure if the metal base is silver plate or not? Nearly all the silver we see is tarnished, I don't think I ever see silver that's silver color, it's always darkened.
