This is not an antique (it's electric) but is a vintage reproduction of a tolework hanging light with punched design, steel with tin plating, length adjustable with the primitive style wire hangers.
The light measures about 25" in diameter and 13 1/2" long over the light. The tinned finish is in very good condition.
