Lovely old cotton/rayon velvet or velveteen fabric, with recessed floral pattern all over. This is fairly heavy weight, made for drapes or upholstery.
This is 50" wide fabric, two lengths seamed down the center, for a piece almost 100" wide. The length is just short of 2 1/2 yards down the selvage, for a total of almost 5 yards of 50" wide fabric. One corner has a rip about 4" long, and a little fading in that area as well.
Most of the fabric is in very nice shape, and such a pretty design... this would work well in any early century period, from late Victorian era to Arts & Crafts period styles.
