Vintage tinted embroidery pillow cover with cute sailor puppy! The fabric isn't marked that we can find, but looks like a Vogart design to us?

The cover is cotton, with the same cotton fabric for backing, and measures about 15 1/2" square. There are a few brown foxing spots to the fabric, we haven't attempted to remove them at all.
