lot of vintage buttons, plastic, bakelite, glass, mother of pearl

Large lot of old buttons in an old cedar lined box, from a farm estate here in Wisconsin. These look to be vintage 1900 though the early 1960s... lots of different types, plastic, bakelite, glass, and old mother of pearl shell buttons. There are 2 1/4 POUNDS altogether.

The buttons are in good shape, but the box has a crack to the scene on the cover.
