Old industrial Pfaff sewing machine head for repair or parts. This is a heavy duty sewing machine out of an industrial upholstery and mattress sewing factory. This is just the Pfaff model 545 H4 sewing machine head (there isn't any motor, drive clutch or work table included), with a single needle and a walking foot.
It is marked as a model "545 - H4 - 6/01" and "CLP MN" on a brass tag on the sewing machine body. It is also marked "10755" by the adjustment lever and "Z32868" on the front of the iron table base.
This industrial sewing machine head measures about 19" long, 14" high and 7" deep. The sewing machine throat is about 11" deep. The manual for the Pfaff 545 sewing machine seem to be readily available for download online.
This sewing machine seems in good condition and turns over well. We believe this machine would probably sew with just some cleaning, lubrication and adjustments (the sewing foot walks, the bobbin case rotates etc.), but we haven't threaded it or connected it to a motor. We're selling this sewing machine for repair or parts.
