Early industrial machine-age vintage airplane propeller fan blade. This fan blade is aluminum (or maybe an aluminum-zinc alloy, we're not sure). It measures 16 inches long and 1 inch thick. The center hub has a 1/2" in diameter bore and two steel clamping screws. It has tarnish and oxide to the finish.
