mid-century modern industrial metal desk lamp w/ metal helmet shade

1940's - 50's vintage machine age industrial desk lamp with original metal 'helmet' shade. This measures about 17" tall overall.

There is light rust all over to the finish, and this needs to be completely rewired. The metal shade and base are solid, not bent up or dented, should be a lovely piece when restored!
