Vintage industrial wire tote basket, with a good patina of age to the galvanized finish.
This measures 10" tall, 19 1/2" x 13" at the top, and 15 1/2" x 9 1/2" at the base. It still has the original metal tag label from Tote Cart of Chicago, which is nice!
