vintage work whites sailor's uniform, jumper & pants

Vintage USN sailor's work white uniform. There is the jumper with neck flap and a pair of trousers. We're not sure of the exact vintage or rank of this uniform. The jumper has a loop at the front for a neck scarf and the trousers have a button fly.

The uniform jumper measures 20" long on the arm (armpit to cuff), 36" around the chest (under the arms), 15" across the shoulders on the back and 25" long (from the base of the neck flap to the bottom in the back). The pair of pants measures 34" around the waist and 25" long on the inseam. This uniform has areas of discoloration and marks from where patches were removed.
