Vintage Rowi lighted, dark room photography film cutter, marked Germany. It is battery operated and takes two "C" cell batteries. This slide cutter measures about 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" and is in very nice condition. We're also including a full box (about 100) of Rowi plastic slide mounts, also marked made in Germany.
