Vintage (1950s, we think) mechanical wind-up photography self-timer for your camera. It is made by KSS Kopil and has the original plastic case and thin (rice paper?) instruction sheet. It will run up to 15 seconds and runs. We don't know much about this. If you have questions, please ask.
