vintage Saltillo Mexican pottery, handmade painted earthenware plates & bowls

Vintage Saltillo pottery dishes, souvenirs brought back from Mexico. This is a lot of assorted plates and bowls - three 8 1/2" long oval bowls - two 4 1/2" one 4" and one 3 1/2" diameter round bowls - and seven plates, 5 3/4" in diameter.

These have been used, and have some chips from manufacture (these are roughly made) and from use. They have a rustic, country feel, with the earthy colors and the hand-painted animals design, the chips really don't detract from these much at all.
