Vintage glass druggist's bottle with a fly blown paper label from the Alder Street Pharmacy, Portland Oregon. This looks all original to us, a authentic old piece.

The bottle stands 5 1/4" tall, and looks good - light mineral deposits but no chips or cracks. The paper label is worn and dirty but complete.
