Imperial Cape Cod pattern glass tall shakers without lids, vintage S&P

Pair of tall shakers (no lids), vintage Imperial Cape Cod pattern glass.

One is cloudy - I don't know how to clean this, or if it even can be cleaned. I rinsed them out with plain water, and haven't tried anything like vinegar or dishwasher detergent.

No chips or cracks on these two. They're about 4 1/4" tall, perfectly sized for mini vases if you're not looking for replacement shaker jars.
