turn of the century vintage hand painted china plate T&V Tressemanes and Vogt Limoges France

Antique hand painted china plate marked T &V France - these marks date to the turn of the century, late 1800s or very early 1900s. This has a flowering branch design - apple blossoms or plum or cherry blossoms?

It's 8 1/4" in diameter with a very ornate scalloped shape, beautifully edged in heavy gold. No chips or damage, very little wear. Very nice!
