vintage amberina glass ashtray, fan top hat daisy and button pattern glass, Fenton or Smith glass

Fan top 'top hat' ashtray, daisy and button pattern amberina glass. I'm not sure if this is vintage L E Smith or Fenton glass?

It's just 2" tall, a cute little thing. Condition is excellent, nice and clean without damage or wear.
