Planning and Furnishing the Home by Mary J Quinn, dated 1914. This is a fun read, especially if you have a late 1800s or early 1900s home!

It's a little water spotted but complete, has no mold or smells. This (and a few other books I'm listing) came out of the private collection of a well known historical decor specialist who consulted on some great old homes in his day.
