lot old 1920s & 1940s industrial safety rules & master plumbers conventions

Lot of old proceedings and minutes for the "National Association of Master Plumbers of the United States of America". There are the minutes for the 1924 - 42nd annual convention in West Baden, Indiana (220 pages) and the 1928 - 46th annual convention in Memphis, Tennessee (282 pages). There is also the 1944 WWII "Health and Safety Act and the Health and Safety Rules of the State of Illinois" with 159 pages.
