Harley Davidson star logo emblem, cast metal wall hanging or trivet

Cast aluminum Harley Davidson trivet - I think this is a trivet? But it would make a great wall art piece or man cave / garage decor. It's about 6 1/2" in diameter, shows some finish wear from use.
