Expandable adjustable vintage accordion rack, stretches out to be long or short, narrow or wide as needed. Folded or collapsed, this measures 29 1/2" x 8 1/2", pegs are 2 1/4" long.

This would be great for a closet, craft room, laundry or mud room, or in the kitchen or pantry.

It's wood with wood pegs, 1970s vintage (made in Taiwan). There's a some light soil and wear to the natural wood color - nice and clean overall at almost 50 years old!
