Small silver plated sauce spoon or preserves spoon, made like a tiny ladle, about 6 3/4" long end to end.
This is showing its age, with a rather crusty look and wear to the silver. It's not going to polish up into something bright and shiny - but it's a pretty thing just as it is, with an unusual shape and a lovely dark color.
The pattern name sold me on this piece. It's called Oregon, and dates to 1900, quite early for a collectible from the Pacific northwest.
