soft vintage cotton queen size comforter covers, pink & white mini checked gingham print fabric

Pair of so soft washed vintage cotton comforter covers, made like giant pillowcases, open at one end. Each measures 70" wide x 85" long, probably made to fit a queen size comforter as it needs a little room around the edges.

I love this fabric, a gingham print, tiny baby checks in pink and white. This would work well with vintage OR modern florals!

Condition is good, gently used. They have a little ver light discoloration at the fold lines, no spots or stains that I could find, fabric looks nice without thinning, rips or holes.

These originally had ties to close, but the ties have been cut off at some point. It would be simple to sew on new ribbons, or snaps, or just stitch up the end with your quilt inside.
