vintage drinking glass w/ hot air balloons print, big cooler or drink mixer glass

Big (24-26 ounce size!) vintage glass with hot air balloons in red, blue, yellow and green. Measures about 4" across the safe-edge rim, about 7" tall. Looks like a 70s - 80s vintage Libbey glass piece to me, but it's not marked.
