vintage cast iron stand w/ budgies parakeets, bird cage hanger hook

Vintage cast iron parakeets with a hook at the base... to hold a small birdcage, we think?

We love the chippy white paint on this piece, it would make a lovely plant hanger etc..

It's about 8" x 8" overall, fairly heavy. It's not marked or signed at all that we could find.
